By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us (Order Confirmation Email) acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order only constitutes an offer to us to purchase a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and at our sole discretion, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your Order has been accepted. (Order Acceptance Email). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Order Acceptance Email.
We have contracted SingPost to be the delivery agent. All products will be delivered via their Speedpost service. Orders accepted before 3 p.m will usually be delivered 2 business days later. You will be able to track the status of your delivery through the use of SingPost track and trace service. Delivery services are provided by SingPost and are subject to the terms and conditions for SpeedPost which can be found at www.singpost.com.sg
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Green Koncepts reserves the right to report all cases of fraud to the police as well as to proceed with legal action to recover any/all items that are purchased through the use of an unauthorised credit card.
All goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
The Products come with one year warranty against faulty materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair defective parts (except batteries and cables) unless:
- The product has been used for trade, professional or hire purposes
- The product has been subject to misuse or neglect, such as installing it outdoors (exposed to the rain and sun)
- The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents
- Repairs have been attempted by persons other than authorised repair agents.
- The product was attached to an electricity supply that is not 220 - 240V, 50Hz.
To claim this warranty, you will need to submit proof of purchase complete with the whole sales package to our designated authorised service centres or to the dealer where you purchased the product.
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.
Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside Singapore, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes as well as all customs clearance procedures. If you have any doubts or questions about importing the products, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to herein represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if any one or more such provisions are determined to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, under the laws of any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions or portions hereof shall, nevertheless, be binding on and enforceable by and between the parties hereto.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties hereto submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Singapore.
